Returned:

Unless your NADININE Products is damaged, we do not accept returns. You have thirty days from the delivery date to contact us for a return. If it's been thirty days since we received your NADININE Products , unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
You will need your order number and proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds:

Once your return request has been reviewed, approved or rejected, we will send you an email to inform you and to provide you with further information on the return process. If the return request has been approved and the product has been returned, the refund will be processed. The return is made via the payment method applied. Return shipping:

To return your product, you must send it to the address we will send you by email. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
